Who We’re Looking For:

• Eco-Designers & Planners – Help us design efficient, sustainable housing, community spaces, and infrastructure using natural and reclaimed materials.
• Renewable Energy Experts – Assist in planning and implementing off-grid solar, wind, and water energy solutions to make the community fully sustainable.
• Wildlife & Land Management Specialists – Develop conservation plans to protect local wildlife, restore native plant species, and ensure the land thrives in harmony with nature.
• Permaculture & Regenerative Agriculture Experts – Establish food forests, organic farms, and water management systems for long-term self-sufficiency.
• Builders & Craftspeople – Work with natural materials like cob, rammed earth, and reclaimed wood to construct homes, communal spaces, and essential structures.
• Community Organizers & Educators – Help create workshops, learning programs, and social initiatives that empower future residents and visitors.
• Artists & Creatives – Enrich the space with murals, sculptures, and functional eco-art to inspire and reflect the spirit of the community.
